What we cannot help with

Refentra processes files only inside your browser and never stores copies on a server, so lost or unsaved results cannot be recovered. If a tool fails, re-open the page and start the job again with the original file.

Before writing, the privacy policy and the about page may already answer common questions about how the tools work.
