- The tool you used (its name or page address) and what you wanted to do.
- Your browser and operating system, with the version if you know it.
- The steps that led to the problem and the exact error message the tool showed.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
Please keep identity documents, private documents, personal photos, filenames, location coordinates and passwords out of the report. A description, or a new example without personal content, is better than your original file. The problem-report email below opens a fixed draft that only lists these points; nothing is sent until you send it, and you can delete anything from it.

Suggest a missing workflow
Tell us what you are trying to finish and which part is difficult. For example, an upload destination may require both particular pixel dimensions and a maximum file size. Describe those requirements without including personal information; there is no need to send the underlying document or photo.
What we cannot help with
Refentra processes files only inside your browser and never stores copies on a server, so lost or unsaved results cannot be recovered. If a tool fails, re-open the page and start the job again with the original file.
