How to use

  1. Add

    Measure the label width and height, the rows and columns, the gaps and the page margins, and add one text record per label.

  2. Create plan

    Try this concrete example: A4,labels60×30 mm,3 columns×8 rows,gaps3 mm,margin12 mm →capacity24 labels

  3. Export backup

    Print on plain paper at actual size and hold it over the label stock before you use adhesive sheets.

Questions

Are commercial label templates detected?

No. Enter the geometry you measured. The tool doesn't look up manufacturer product numbers or compensate for printer offsets.

What should I correct before generating?

The number of texts can't exceed rows×columns. The whole grid plus the margins must fit on the paper.

What does this output not establish?

No mail merge, barcode generation, product-certification label or guaranteed alignment with adhesive stock.
