Questions
Why is page count divided by two?
Two printed pages make one leaf. This estimate multiplies the leaves by the paper thickness you supply and leaves out anything specific to the binding.
What should I correct before generating?
The resulting spread can be at most 600×500 mm. Spine text needs a spine width of at least 5 mm, or has to be left out.
What does this output not establish?
No spine approved by a bindery, wrap allowance, color-management guarantee or acceptance by a publisher.
