How to use

  1. Add

    Enter the box width, depth and height, the glue tab, the flap and the clearance around it, all in millimeters.

  2. Create plan

    Try this concrete example: width40,depth25,height60,tab10,flap20,clearance5 mm →sheet150×110 mm

  3. Export backup

    Tell the cut lines from the fold lines. Print at actual size, measure the scale bar and test with scrap material.

Questions

Does clearance compensate material thickness?

No. It is clearance around the sheet. The thickness of the cardboard, crease allowance and fit must be tested separately.

What should I correct before generating?

Keep the resulting sheet within 500×500 mm. Dimensions that are too large are rejected instead of being scaled down quietly.

What does this output not establish?

A simple box template. It is not production CAD, cutter instructions, load testing or packaging certification.
