Build an HTML email signature

Fill your contact fields and optionally choose a local static PNG. Preview the generated presentation tables and export HTML. Data-image logos may be removed by mail clients; links are never automatically fetched. This is a local preview, not a client compatibility guarantee.

Profile

Print: Liberation Sans, selectable Latin/Greek/Cyrillic where the actual font encodes it; no combining marks, RTL shaping, CJK or emoji guarantee. Unsupported glyphs refuse PDF while original backups remain. Fountain layout is readable proportional 12pt, not certified industry typography. MathML rendering depends on the browser.

Live controls run only while the tab is active. Hiding, leaving or suspending pauses; reset/edit stops the attempt. No background-time, wake, autoplay, camera, microphone or recording promise. Space and arrows work inside the focused prompter.

Limits

30,000 UTF-16 units total; 100 rows, 10 columns/1,000 cells; 50 rehearsal sections; 2,000 math characters, 1,000 nodes/depth32; 40 PDF pages/8MiB output; 2MiB backup; 20s worker. PNG ≤1MiB/1024², static 8bit. Overflow is refused, never silently removed. CSV protects user text beginning with formula-like symbols using an apostrophe; computed numbers stay numeric. The JSON backup preserves the exact original text.

Check dates, finite numbers, row lengths and the named grammar. Shorten overflowing text or change paper; unsupported font/script/logo/grammar is refused. Cancel/reset and retry; preserve your original backup.

All text, contacts, dates and local images stay in this browser. No sending, tracking of content, storage, accounts or automatic URL requests. Download a backup explicitly before closing.

How to use

  1. Prepare the input

Enter your own name, role, organization and contact details. You can also select a local, static PNG logo and its display width. Preview the layout, which is built as a presentation table. URLs are not fetched to test where they lead.

  2. Try the worked example

With the name Ada and the email ada@example.com, the exported HTML contains the visible name and a mailto:ada@example.com link. A website you supply becomes a link, not an embedded remote webpage, and text fields are escaped.

  3. Check and save

Download signature.html and test it in the signature editor of the mail client you plan to use, and in a message you receive. Keep an input backup privately. A mail client may strip a logo embedded as a data image, even when the local preview looks right.

Questions

Will this install the signature in my email account?

No. It produces local HTML for you to put in your mail client’s signature settings. Check there how it is copied, sanitized and displayed, because there is no promise that it works in every mail client.

Why is my logo refused or missing later?

Only a local, static 8-bit PNG of up to 1 MiB and 1024×1024 fits the profile. Other files are refused. A mail client that receives the message may remove logos embedded as data images, independently of this tool.

Are my contact links verified?

No. There is no automatic lookup of URLs, email addresses or phone numbers. Check the spelling and the destination yourself before you share the HTML, which deliberately contains the contact details you entered. Nothing is saved or sent automatically.
