Inputs stay in this tab and are not uploaded or saved automatically. Optional aggregate usage counts and coarse processing diagnostics are sent only after consent, without input content or filenames. Clearing or closing loses inputs; save needed outputs first.

Resource limits

Machado 2009 approximation in linear sRGB, severity 0 to 1 with interpolation between adjacent table entries and gamut clipping; tritan accuracy is limited. No diagnosis, no statement about individual perception and no WCAG guarantee. Only static, non-interlaced 8-bit PNG (gray, RGB, indexed or alpha), untagged files are assumed to be sRGB, or sRGB/gamma 45455. APNG, ICC, 16-bit, interlacing and other gamma or metadata are rejected. 8 MiB, 2048 px per axis and 1,048,576 pixels at most. Alpha and the original file and RGBA data stay intact; severity 0 is exact. Output up to 8 MiB and 4096 chunks; 8-second watchdog.

How to use

  1. Configure the example

Choose a supported local PNG, a deficiency model and a severity. Generate and compare both canvases. Download the simulated PNG or the unchanged original whenever you want; severity 0 tests the unchanged pixel path.
