Compare list sets

One item per line (LF, CRLF or CR); a final newline isn't another record.

  • Runs in your browser
  • No upload
  • Check before download

Inputs stay in this tab and are not uploaded or saved automatically. Optional aggregate usage counts and coarse processing diagnostics are sent only after consent, without input content or filenames. Clearing or closing loses inputs; save needed outputs first.

Method and limits

One item per line (LF, CRLF or CR); a final newline isn't another record. Choose exact, NFC or NFKC matching, edge trimming, locale lowercase and how to treat empty items. Sets collapse duplicates and keep the order of first appearance, and you can export all five sets plus the originals and change counts.

UTF-8 files up to 256 KiB; ordinary text up to 100,000 UTF-16 units; decoding of coded bytes up to 256 KiB. Byte codecs up to 16,384 bytes; lists up to 10,000 records each; retained tokens, graphemes, Braille cells and Unicode rows up to 20,000; HTML up to 20,000 allocations or nodes and depth 64. All output files together up to 2 MiB. A worker that can be stopped runs for at most 5 seconds; this is not a guarantee for the whole memory heap.
