Limits:100rows (rosters64/50 as shown),256KiB backup,30,000text units,100,000search visits,20second worker deadline,40PDF pages/8MiB. PDF uses local Liberation Sans with actual glyph checks; no RTL/complex shaping. Unsupported print text remains in the backup. Removing a row removes its linked assignments; editing/reordering preserves positional identities. Roster/draw changes clear tournament results. Roster/reference names must be unique for generation; incomplete drafts may repeat them.

Task (4/100)

How to use

  1. Add

Add your tasks and mark urgency and importance separately. Both are your own judgments.

  2. Create plan

Try this concrete example: (urgent, important)=(true, true),(false, true),(true, false),(false, false) → quadrant counts [1,1,1,1]

  3. Export backup

Check each quadrant before you export. A printable plan doesn't schedule the tasks for you.

Questions

Does urgent always mean important?

No. The two switches give four combinations, and marking something urgent doesn't make it more important.

What should I correct before generating?

Use non-empty task text and no more than 100 tasks.

What does this output not establish?

No deadlines, effort estimates or objective business ranking are worked out for you.
