Privacy & limitsRuns in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Input content stays in this tab; Refentra does not upload or store it. Optional aggregate action counts are sent only with your usage consent. Clear the workspace when finished.
Supported profile: URLSearchParams retains duplicate keys/order; spaces serialize as +; edit separate key/value rows.
Maximum text: 200,000 UTF-16 units; parser limits can be smaller. Worker time limit: 15 seconds (regex 1.5 seconds).
Check the input and the result
- Prepare and choose the operation
Paste the query string, not the whole URL, and check the ordered name/value pairs before you edit parameters elsewhere.
- Check a concrete example
Use this sample and compare the indicated result: a=1&a=2&space=hello+world → [(a,1),(a,2),(space,"hello world")]
- Check the output before you reuse it
Keep repeated keys when you pass values on. Flattening them into one object property can silently drop earlier or later values.
Answers for this task
Does a duplicate key imply an error?
Not necessarily. URLSearchParams keeps duplicates in order, and the receiving application decides whether to use one or all of them.
What should I check if the input fails?
Use %2B for a literal plus, because + decodes to a space. Check whether something that looks like a separator was actually encoded as %26.
Where does this tool stop?
Parsing follows the behavior of URLSearchParams. It doesn't follow server-specific typed binding or nested-object conventions such as a[b]=1.
