Input content stays in this tab; Refentra does not upload or store it. Optional aggregate action counts are sent only with your usage consent. Clear the workspace when finished.
Supported profile: Inclusive integer endpoints, range ≤2³² values, batch 1–1,000. Math.random is nonsecure.
Maximum text: 200,000 UTF-16 units; parser limits can be smaller. Worker time limit: 15 seconds (regex 1.5 seconds).
Check the input and the result
- Prepare and choose the operation
Enter an inclusive minimum and maximum, a batch count, and secure or non-secure randomness. Use secure mode when the draws must be unpredictable.
- Check a concrete example
Use this sample and compare the indicated result: min=1, max=6, count=3 → (a,b,c), a,b,c ∈ {1,2,3,4,5,6}
- Check the output before you reuse it
Check that every value lies within the inclusive range. Repeated values are expected, because this is sampling with replacement.
Answers for this task
Are secure and nonsecure modes interchangeable?
No. Secure mode uses WebCrypto. Math.random mode is for non-security uses and shouldn't generate authentication secrets.
What should I check if the input fails?
Use signed 32-bit integer bounds with minimum≤maximum and a count of 1–1,000. Fractional limits are rejected.
Where does this tool stop?
This is not a shuffle that guarantees unique numbers, an audited lottery or a reproducible seeded simulation.
