Reorder delete rotate and split PDF pages
- Prepare the input
Load a supported PDF and use the page cards to reorder, rotate or remove pages. Check the order you are keeping visually; at least one page must remain. Turn on split output only if you want one PDF per selected page.
- Try the worked example
For a three-page document, arranging cards 3 then 1 and removing 2 should export a two-page PDF in that order. With split turned on, those two selected pages become two separate PDF files instead.
- Check and save
Reopen every output and check the count, order, rotation and missing pages before you share it. Keep the original so you can restore removed pages. There is no promise that unsupported forms, signatures or complex document navigation are preserved.
Questions
Does removing a page change the original file?
No. The page is simply left out of the new output, and the source you selected stays unchanged. Keep the original, because the exported copy can't bring back a page it doesn't contain.
Can I add the same page multiple times?
The organizer expects each selected source page to be unique. Duplicate or invalid page selections are refused. It is not a tool for duplicating pages freely.
Why are forms or signed PDFs refused?
The plain-PDF profile keeps the supported page content instead of guessing how interactive or signed structures should be rewritten. Use a suitable reviewed workflow for those documents. No claim is made about whether a signature is valid.
