From document photos to one PDF

  1. Add the pages

Choose static JPEG, PNG or WebP photos. For an HEIC or HEIF photo, convert it to JPG first with the separate HEIC to JPG tool.

  2. Set the page area

Move each photo’s corners to the paper edges, check the preview and arrange the pages in reading order.

  3. Check the PDF

Download the PDF, open it and inspect small print, page order and final file size against your destination’s requirements.

Before you upload the PDF elsewhere

Can I search or copy the text in the PDF?

No. These are image pages; the scanner does not run OCR or create searchable text.

Does Refentra send my document to a server?

No. Document processing runs in your browser. You decide whether to download and share the finished PDF.

Will an upload portal accept the PDF?

That depends on the portal’s format, size and readability rules. Check the downloaded PDF and the portal’s requirements before uploading.
