Questions

Limits:100rows (rosters64/50 as shown),256KiB backup,30,000text units,100,000search visits,20second worker deadline,40PDF pages/8MiB. PDF uses local Liberation Sans with actual glyph checks; no RTL/complex shaping. Unsupported print text remains in the backup. Removing a row removes its linked assignments; editing/reordering preserves positional identities. Roster/draw changes clear tournament results. Roster/reference names must be unique for generation; incomplete drafts may repeat them.

How to use

  1. Add

Add people or groups, seats or tables and coordinates, then assign people and lock any seats that must stay fixed.

  2. Create plan

Try this concrete example: 4 people assigned once to6 distinct seats →unseated=[],conflicts=[];2 seats remain empty

  3. Export backup

Check for unseated people and conflicts before you print. Moving positions on screen doesn't reserve real seats.

Questions

Does the chart automatically solve all group preferences?

No. It reports problems in the arrangement you entered, and the move control can't swap locked seats.

What should I correct before generating?

Don't assign one person twice or place seats on top of each other, and keep names unique.

What does this output not establish?

No room surveying, accessibility certification, evacuation planning or automatic matching of relationships.
