Method and limits
Uses WHATWG browser URL UTS 46 non-transitional host mapping, then strict LDH and DNS length checks and RFC 3492 decoding. Domains and labels only, no URLs or IP addresses. ASCII labels up to 63 characters and domains up to 253. No lookup or registration, and no confusable-character or security guarantee.
UTF-8 files up to 256 KiB; ordinary text up to 100,000 UTF-16 units; decoding of coded bytes up to 256 KiB. Byte codecs up to 16,384 bytes; lists up to 10,000 records each; retained tokens, graphemes, Braille cells and Unicode rows up to 20,000; HTML up to 20,000 allocations or nodes and depth 64. All output files together up to 2 MiB. A worker that can be stopped runs for at most 5 seconds; this is not a guarantee for the whole memory heap.
