Liberation Sans · SIL OFL1.1@libpdf/core · MITHow to use
- Add
Add your own parties, the invoice reference and date, the currency, the terms, and the quantities, prices and tax rates for each line.
- Create plan
Try this concrete example: 2×12.50,rate0% →net25.00,tax0.00,total25.00; quantity1.5×0.01,rate50% →line net0.02,tax0.01
- Export backup
Reconcile the net and tax totals for each line before you send it. Exporting the PDF doesn't submit or deliver an invoice.
Questions
How are cents rounded?
Quantity×price is rounded half-up to cents for each line, and the tax is then rounded from that line subtotal. Adding up the lines can therefore differ from taxing the whole net amount once.
What should I correct before generating?
Use non-negative decimal numbers. Prices and rates accept 2 decimal places and quantities 4. Commas are not accepted as decimal separators.
What does this output not establish?
No certification of legal or tax compliance, automatic numbering, exchange rates, payment collection or e-invoice submission.
