Does generating prove money was received?

No. The draft repeats what you assert. No bank, payment processor or signature is contacted to verify it.

What should I correct before generating?

Use a real date and a non-negative amount with at most 2 decimal places.

What does this output not establish?

Not authenticated proof of payment, an official tax receipt or a legal guarantee.
