How to use

  1. Add

    Add dated start and end times, break minutes and notes. Turn on overnight explicitly for rows that cross midnight.

  2. Create plan

    Try this concrete example: 22:00→06:00,overnight=true,break30 min →450 min=7.5 h

  3. Export backup

    Check the row totals and the total minutes before you export. The table shows minutes, not decimal hours for pay.

Questions

Does equal start/end mean a 24-hour shift?

No. Equal clock times mean zero elapsed minutes. Overnight adds one day only when the end is earlier than the start.

What should I correct before generating?

The break can't be longer than the elapsed time. Use valid 24-hour HH:MM times and the correct overnight setting.

What does this output not establish?

No wage or overtime calculation, attendance verification, labor-law approval or model of duration across time zones and daylight saving.
