Mileage log: Paper · Margin (mm) · Person · Unit · Rows. Print at actual size100% and measure the50mm mark. Printer margins, bleed, cut/fold and provider acceptance require your test. Simple embedded Latin/Greek/Cyrillic font profile; complex scripts, missing glyphs and overflow reject. Own facts/rates only: no legal/tax/ATS/qualification/allergen guarantee. Your odometer values are kept, and the total is rounded to 6 decimal places. The continuity warning compares your rows in the order you entered them.

Liberation Sans · SIL OFL1.1@libpdf/core · MITHow to use
- Add
Choose km or miles, then enter the trip date and purpose and the starting and ending odometer readings.
- Create plan
Try this concrete example: start1230,end1242,unitkm →trip12 km,total12 km
- Export backup
Review the continuity warnings. Overlapping odometer ranges are flagged, and missing trips are never invented.
Questions
Does selecting miles convert existing readings?
No. The unit is only a label for the readings you supply, so keep every row in the same unit of measurement.
What should I correct before generating?
The end can't be below the start. Check the dates and the order of the odometer readings instead of reversing the subtraction.
What does this output not establish?
No GPS route, official mileage rate, reimbursement or determination of tax eligibility.
