How to use

  1. Add

Add your name and contact details, a summary and dated role entries. Use YYYY-MM for the start and end months.

  2. Create plan

Try this concrete example: entries2024-01…2026-01 and2020-01…2021-12 →2024 entry appears first

  3. Export backup

Proofread the chronology and the line wrapping in the PDF. Stick to your actual facts; the layout is not a writing service.

Questions

Are entries kept in input order?

No. The document sorts entries by starting month, newest first. Check entries with the same start by hand.

What should I correct before generating?

Use valid months with an end that is not before the start. Unsupported fonts or shaping, or overflow, mean you need shorter text the tool supports.

What does this output not establish?

No invented experience, verification of credentials, guarantee of acceptance by applicant tracking systems or evaluation by recruiters.
